Booking & Cancellation Policy

• All appointments are requested online and confirmed manually by Grace.
• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required before appointment time.
• Booking requests are available up to 90 days in advance.
• Booking requests close 24 hours before the requested appointment time.
• Online booking requests are only available during listed business days and hours.
• A 15-minute buffer is reserved between appointments.
• Email confirmations and updates are enabled. SMS notifications can be added later.

Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

Privacy

Ella Hair collects only the personal details needed to respond to enquiries and manage appointment requests. Information is not sold to third parties.
